WINDHOEK, 30 SEP (NAMPA) – Speaker of the National Assembly Saara Kuugongelwa-Amadhila on Tuesday called for stronger commitment to gender responsive budgeting and inclusive policy frameworks, saying these are essential tools for advancing equality and sustainable development.
