ISTANBUL, September 18 (RIA Novosti) - A Tanzania-flagged cargo ship which was en route to the Ukrainian port of Chernomorsk (also known as Chornomorsk) ran aground off the coast of the Turkish province of Kocaeli, Turkish broadcaster AHaber reported on Thursday.
