HARBIN, Sept. 18 (Xinhua) -- Inside the bustling Harbin Taiping International Airport in the northeast of China, Liu De-wen, a man from Kaohsiung in China's Taiwan region, dropped to his knee and unzipped the backpack slung across his chest.
