The European Union's climate chief insisted Thursday that the bloc will keep leading the way against global warming, even though member states are divided on its green agenda ahead of a key UN conference. "I'm truly confident that that leadership role that we have played in the past will continue also this year and beyond," Wopke Hoekstra, the European Commissioner for Climate, told journalists at a meeting of EU environment ministers in Brussels......
