WINDHOEK, 13 APR (NAMPA) – The 40-year-old human resource practitioner in the Ministry of Education, Innovation, Youth, Sports, Arts and Culture, Emiriha Haikela, who was arrested on charges of bribery, was denied bail in the Windhoek Magistrate’s Court.
