Wall Street stocks were mixed early Wednesday as markets await a Federal Reserve decision that will offer clues on monetary policy in the coming period. The Fed is overwhelmingly expected to cut interest rates by 25 basis points. The question is whether the central bank will signal additional cuts later this year.
