Germany stresses ties with Poland ahead of presidential visit

Berlin (dpa) - The German government has emphasized the importance of its relations with Poland ahead of new Polish President Karol Nawrocki's inaugural visit to Berlin. "German-Polish relations are truly a central cornerstone of our entire foreign policy," deputy government spokesman Steffen Meyer said in Berlin on Monday.
