MVA Fund proposes amendments to governing Act

WINDHOEK, 10 SEP (NAMPA) – The Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA) Fund on Wednesday proposed amendments to the MVA Fund Act 10 of 2007, including the removal of the 50 per cent reduction on accident grant claims involving pick-up vehicles, among other changes.
This was revealed by the Manager of Legal Services at the MVA Fund, Fenni Nashilundo, during a public consultation on the proposed amendments held in Windhoek.
