Götze contract renewal talks with Frankfurt in winter, Krösche says

Frankfurt (dpa) - Eintracht Frankfurt will not decide on a contract renewal for their 2014 World Cup hero Mario Götze until the end of the year, board member for sport Markus Krösche has said. Götze, 33, came to Frankfurt in 2022 and his contract expires after the season. He previously played at PSV Eindhoven, Bayern Munich and Borussia Dortmund.
