Germany's top bishop, Georg Bätzing, meets Pope Leo XIV in Vatican

Rome (dpa) - Pope Leo XIV has received the chairman of the German Bishops' Conference, Georg Bätzing, for an audience in the Vatican. It was the first official meeting between Bätzing and Leo since his election as pope last May. The Holy See initially did not provide any details about the content of the discussions.
