WINDHOEK, 04 SEP (NAMPA) - The Public Service Union of Namibia (PSUN) has blamed outdated labour laws for contributing to unsafe working conditions, particularly the Labour Act of 2007, which excludes members of the Police and Correctional Services from its protections.
