S. Korea logs current account surplus for 27th month in July

SEOUL, Sept. 4 (Xinhua) -- South Korea logged current account surplus for the 27th successive month in July due to strong demand for locally-made semiconductors and cars, central bank data showed Thursday. Current account balance, the broadest measure of cross-border trade, recorded a surplus of 10.78 billion U.S. dollars in July, staying in black since May 2023.
