Afghan road mishap kills 1, injures 3

KABUL, Sept. 4 (Xinhua) -- One commuter was killed and three others sustained injuries as their car veered from a road in Salang pass of eastern Afghanistan's Parwan province on Wednesday night, spokesman for the provincial police office Fazal Karim Muskinyar said Thursday.
