Vine climbs to second stage as Vingegaard goes back into red in Vuelta a Espana

MADRID, Sept. 2 (Xinhua) -- Jay Vine of UAE-Team Emirates-XRG won Tuesday the 10th stage of the Vuelta a Espana (Tour of Spain) cycle race in return to racing after Monday's rest day. The Australian climber was part of a breakaway of around 30 riders on the 175 kilometer stage between Parque de la Naturaleza Sendavivia to el Ferrial Larra Belagua in the northern Spanish region of Navarra.
