MOSCOW, September 2 (RIA Novosti) - NATO countries have already purchased lethal and defensive weapons for Ukraine from the United States for $2 billion as part of the Prioritized Ukraine Requirements List (PURL) initiative, NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte said on Tuesday.
