Woman drowns in Hamburg while looking for her glasses

Hamburg (dpa) - A woman has died in Hamburg after trying to retrieve her glasses after they fell into the Alster lake from her boat as it docked, police said on Monday. The 57-year-old is believed to have dived under a jetty to look for them but did not resurface. She was pulled lifeless from the water and could not be resuscitated.
