MOSCOW, August 29 (RIA Novosti) - Switzerland will finance 12 projects for reconstruction of Ukraine worth 112 million Swiss francs ($139.6 million), of which 93 million francs will be allocated by the state, the State Secretariat for Economic Affairs (SECO) said.
