German foreign minister to visit US fleet base in Japan

Tokyo (dpa) - German Foreign Minister Johann Wadephul continues his trip to Japan on Tuesday with a visit to a naval base in Yokosuka, south of Tokyo. After touring the base of Japan's Maritime Self-Defense Force, the minister is scheduled to be briefed on the mission of the US 7th Fleet stationed there.
