WINDHOEK, 14 AUG (NAMPA) – The Petroleum Training and Education Fund (Petrofund) and FirstRand Namibia through Rand Merchant Bank (RMB) signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) of N.dollars 1 million aimed at training and upskilling Namibians in the petroleum industry.
