Newcastle sign Germany defender Malick Thiaw from AC Milan

London (PA Media/dpa) - Germany international Malick Thiaw has become Newcastle's third summer signing after completing a switch from AC Milan. The 24-year-old central defender has put pen to paper on a long-term deal after the two clubs agreed an undisclosed fee understood to be worth an initial ?35 million ($41 million).
