MOSCOW, August 13 (RIA Novosti) - The shipment of diamonds to India in July increased 28% year-on-year to 9.908 million carats, according to the latest data from the country’s Gem and Jewellery Export Promotion Council (GJEPC). In monetary terms, the country's diamond imports reached $1.151 billion last month, which is 26% higher than the figure for the same period last year.
