WINDHOEK, 31 JUL (NAMPA) – Outgoing Brazilian Ambassador to Namibia, Vivian Loss Sanmartin, has affirmed Brazil’s commitment to assisting Namibia in safeguarding its coastline, particularly following offshore oil and gas discoveries.
