Hanover, Germany (dpa) - German Defence Minister Boris Pistorius and his French counterpart Sébastien Lecornu plan to visit an arms factory in Germany together on Thursday, as many European nations plan a huge increase in defence spending. The plant in Unterlüss in the state of Lower Saxony belongs to Germany's largest arms manufacturer Rheinmetall.
