MOSCOW, July 23 (RIA Novosti) - At least nine people were injured in a fire in an apartment building in the Russian capital, the Moscow emergency services informed. Two apartments and a balcony on the fourth floor of a residential building were on fire on Mytnaya street in Moscow late on Tuesday night.
