MOSCOW, July 18 (RIA Novosti) - The terms for negotiations between Iran and the United States on the nuclear issue have not been met yet, Iranian Ambassador to Russia Kazem Jalali told RIA Novosti. "Now, judging by what we see, the terms for dialogue are not there, since the Americans have not yet made attempts to change their position on Iran or at least provide explanations to Iran," Jalali said.
