MOSCOW, July 16 (RIA Novosti) - The Verkhovna Rada, Ukraine's parliament, approved in the first reading amendments to the country's budget for 2025, which encompass an increase in military spending, Ukrainian lawmaker Yaroslav Zheleznyak said on Wednesday.
