Russia to Work on Construction of Access Roads to Border With China, Mongolia - Putin

MAGNITOGORSK, Russia, July 16 (RIA Novosti) - Russia will work on the construction of access roads to the state border with Kazakhstan, Mongolia, China and North Korea, Russian President Vladimir Putin said on Wednesday. "Of course, the issues of building access roads to the state border with Kazakhstan, Mongolia, China and North Korea will be worked out.
