RUNDU, 16 JUL (NAMPA) – Minister of Agriculture, Inge Zaamwani has revealed that President Netumbo Nandi-Ndaitwah has given directives to reform the procurement system in order to allow green schemes to respond more swiftly to their operational needs.
Zaamwani made the remarks during a recent visit to traditional authorities and green schemes in the Kavango East and West regions, where she accompanied Prime Minister Elijah Ngurare.
