MOSCOW, July 15 (RIA Novosti) - The three members of the UN Human Rights Council's (HRC) Independent International Commission of Inquiry on the Occupied Palestinian Territory including East Jerusalem, and Israel have resigned, HRC spokesman Pascal Sim told RIA Novosti.
