MOSCOW, July 15 (RIA Novosti) - Irish Minister of State for European Affairs and Defense Thomas Byrne plans to ask ministers from EU member states to join the country's ban on imports of goods from Israeli settlements in the West Bank, the Financial Times reported on Tuesday.
