MOSCOW, July 13 (RIA Novosti) - Russian President Vladimir Putin wrote his famous address to the 2007 Munich Security Conference on board the plane on his way to Germany, completely rewriting the original draft prepared by the aides, he said in a previously unpublished interview fragment released on Sunday.
