SWAKOPMUND, 27 July 2024 - Minister of Urban and Rural Development Erastus Uutoni, the Mayor of Swakopmund Dina Namubes and other municipality officials as well as Quintessential Construction owners at the recent groundbreaking ceremony of the construction of over 140 houses in Swakopmund. The houses are to be constructed by the construction Company, through an agreement between them, the municipality of Swakopmund who approved land and the Development Bank of Namibia which gave the loan.
