URUMQI, July 11 (Xinhua) -- In Shihezi, a major cotton producing area in northwest China's Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, Esquel Group is building a factory that utilizes waterless dyeing technology, a first of its kind for the global cotton textile industry.
