Australian police say German backpacker 'likely' became lost

Sydney (dpa) - Australian police on Friday said that a 26-year-old German backpacker who has been missing for nearly two weeks likely got lost after her van broke down in a remote area in the west of the country, local media reported. Western Australia (WA) Police Acting Inspector Jessica Securo told broadcaster ABC that the search for Carolina Wilga was concentrated around her Mitsubishi van, which was found near Karroun Hill, some 300 kilometre......
