French President Emmanuel Macron said Thursday that Britain curbing "pull factors" attracting migrants to cross the Channel in small boats was part of a pilot returns plan agreed with Prime Minister Keir Starmer. "The prime minister confirmed his government's mobilisation to deal with the pull factors for irregular migrants, including the fight against illegal work," Macron told a joint press conference as he ended a three-day state visit. jj/am/......
