Berlin (dpa) - Germany's federal public buildings are to be barrier-free by 2035 under plans by Labour Minister Bärbel Bas, dpa learnt on Tuesday. Around 13 million people in Germany have a physical impairment, with just over half living with a severe disability. For many people, stairs, steps and narrow passageways in public buildings can be obstacles, while others require digital content to be made available with subtitles or in simple langua......
