WASHINGTON, July 8 (RIA Novosti) - US President Donald Trump refused on Tuesday to disclose his plans regarding Russia, saying he wants to make "a little surprise." "I wouldn't be telling you. Don't we want to have a little surprise?" Trump said at a cabinet meeting when asked if there was anything he was planning to do after saying he was "not happy" with Russian President Vladimir Putin.
