LUGANSK, July 8 (RIA Novosti) – The Ukrainian armed forces on Tuesday attacked the city centers in Starobelsk (also known as Starobilsk), Belovodsk (Bilovodsk) and Svatovo (Svatove) in the Lugansk (Luhansk) People’s Republic (LPR), injuring one person in Belovodsk, LPR head Leonid Pasechnik said.
