MOSCOW, July 2 (RIA Novosti) - More than 210,000 contracted military personnel arrived in Russian military units in the first half of 2025, Russian Security Council Deputy Chairman Dmitry Medvedev said on Wednesday. "As of July 1, more than 210,000 people arrived at military units," Medvedev said at a meeting of an interdepartmental commission of the Security Council of Russia, expressing hope that it will be possible to maintain the same dynamic......
