WINDHOEK, 02 JUL (NAMPA) – The African Union Sports Council (AUSC) Region 5 Youth Games present a key opportunity for Namibia to upgrade its sports infrastructure, Minister of Education, Innovation, Youth, Sports, Arts and Culture, Sanet Steenkamp, said on Tuesday.
