UNSC Unanimously Adopts Russian-US Resolution on Peacekeeping Mission in Golan Heights

UNITED NATIONS, June 30 (RIA Novosti) – The UN Security Council on Monday unanimously approved a draft resolution co-authored by Russia and the United States to extend the mandate of the UN Disengagement Observer Force (UNDOF) in the Israeli-occupied Golan Heights. All 15 members of the UN Security Council voted in favor of the resolution. The document renews the mandate of UNDOF for another six months, until December 31​​​. UNDOF was established......
