RUNDU, 30 JUN (NAMPA) – The secretary of the Swapo Party Youth League for the Kavango East Region, Anselm Marungu, is set to contest the position of regional councillor for the Ndonga Linena Constituency.
Marungu will compete against the incumbent councillor, Michael Kampota, and former regional coordinator, Marceline Kahare, at the upcoming elective district conference, pending the outcome of the party’s vetting process.
