PETERSBURG, June 19 (RIA Novosti) - The optimal dollar exchange rate for Russian exporters and importers is around 100 rubles, while the dollar is currently worth some 79 rubles, Russian First Deputy Prime Minister Denis Manturov said on Thursday on the sidelines of the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF)​​​.
