Pakistan approves 4.6-bln-USD plan to tackle circular debt in power sector

ISLAMABAD, June 19 (Xinhua) -- Pakistan's federal cabinet on Wednesday approved a 1.275 trillion Pakistani rupees (approximately 4.6 billion U.S. dollars) plan to tackle circular debt in the power sector, aiming to restore financial stability and investor confidence, according to the Prime Minister's Office.
