OSHAKATI, 19 JUN (NAMPA) – A 27-year-old woman is recovering in the Oshakati Intermediate Hospital after she was allegedly raped and stabbed multiple times at Omalyata village in the area of Omungwelume on Monday.
The Namibian Police Force’s Crime Investigations Coordinator for Ohangwena, Deputy Commissioner Melanie Mbuuru, said the incident occurred around 23h00 on Monday, when a man broke into the woman’s room.
