Police use water cannon on fans ahead of Chelsea-Betis final

London (PA Media/dpa) - A water cannon was used by police after trouble broke out ahead of Chelsea's Conference League final against Real Betis in Wroclaw. Clashes began in the main market square in the afternoon between sets of supporters, with police forming a barrier to keep opposing fans apart. Lower Silesian Police reported that 28 arrests had been made in total in connection with the final, with a small number having come on Tuesday evening......
