WINDHOEK, 21 MAY (NAMPA) - Executive Director of the Ministry of Health and Social Services, Penda Ithindi, on Wednesday called on all government sectors, private and non-governmental organisations (NGOs) to partner and achieve universal health coverage and inclusive growth.
