MOSCOW, May 4 (RIA Novosti) - Russia did not prepare specifically for the military operation in Ukraine, but rather sought to solve the Donbas issue peacefully, Russian President Vladimir Putin said. "We did not prepare for it specifically. We sincerely sought to solve the problem of Donbas by peaceful means.
