Bayern to inaugurate Franz Beckenbauer Square on Monday

Munich (dpa) - Bayern Munich and the city of Munich will officially inaugurate Franz-Beckenbauer-Platz (Franz Beckenbauer Square) outside the Allianz Arena next week. The decision to rename the German record champions' stadium address in honour of the football icon was made last year. Going forward, the stadium will be located at Franz-Beckenbauer-Platz 5.
