OSHAKATI, 30 APR (NAMPA) – Two men have been arrested for allegedly raping a 39-year-old woman with an intellectual disability at Oshitudha village in the Omusati Region.
Commander of the Namibian Police Force in the region, Commissioner Ismael Basson said the incident occurred around 22h00 on Monday.
According to Basson, the two suspects encountered the victim while she was walking from the nearby shops.
